GENERAL:
It is acknowledged and agreed that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Dive HQ accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from
the event that false or misleading information has been supplied to us.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Delivery of orders placed via the Online Shopping site will incur delivery costs of;
Island to Island $NZ 15.00 – Same Island $NZ 10.00.
These costs are based on a maximum weight of 15kg.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Your privacy is really important to us. We will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, contact information or any other personal details to any other company or individual.
Details required are to enable us to process your order and complete our Warranty processes quickly and efficiently. These details will be maintained in strictest confidence at all times..
We may, with your consent, add your details to our mailing list to give you early notice of up and coming specials, new equipment or diving innovations that could interest you, our valued client.
RETURNS:
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product by Dive HQ, we will cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product to us and supplying you with the correct product. If you have changed your mind, or provided us with the incorrect sizing information – a handling fee plus postage may be incurred.
CONSUMER RIGHTS:
You are fully protected under the Consumers’ Guarantee Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Because we choose to use the brands we supply we offer, you the consumer, the highest level of knowledge about gear application and we fit you with the best equipment to meet your needs.
Please note; Your protection is important to us. Purchases made from a “non-authorised dealer” or “parallel importer” may not be supported by the manufacturer in the event of a Warranty Claim. If it sounds too good to be true ….. it probably is!
